The list of goods prohibited from entering or leaving the territory of the People's Republic of China and the list of goods restricted from entering or leaving the territory of the People's Republic of China were promulgated by order no. 43 of the general administration of customs on February 26, 1993 and shall come into force as of March 1, 1993

The People's Republic of China prohibits entry and exit of articles

Prohibited articles:

1. Various weapons, imitation weapons, ammunition and explosives;

2. Forged currencies and forged securities;

3. Printed matter, film, photo, record, film, audio tape, video tape, laser disc, computer storage medium and other articles harmful to Chinese politics, economy, culture and morality;

4, all kinds of potent poisons;

5. Opium, morphine, heroin, marijuana and other addictive drugs and psychotropic substances;
