Self-service packaging tips

Furniture:
I. clothing/baggage packing standards:
1. Lay white paper at the bottom of the suitcase and put moistureproof agent;
2. Use hangers to hang the clothes to the hanging pole in the carton;
3. Seal the opening of the trunk with box sealing glue;
4. Post shipping marks after identifying articles and room information;
Note: the suitcase is mainly used for storing valuable clothes that cannot be folded. Small foldable clothes and luggage are usually packed in ordinary cartons, and the packing process is similar to that of the suitcase.
Ii. CD/ CD packaging standards:
1. Put a single CD or CD into a CD box;
2. Put the CD case into the drawer of the special CD box;
3. Fill and seal the unfilled drawer space;
4. Post shipping marks after identifying articles and room information;
Note: the CD box is a carton designed by Vanpac GroupAsia according to the size of CD and CD. Please put the CD and CD without package into the CD box or CD bag and then put them into the carton.
Iii. Book/toy packaging standards:
1, carton bottom pad with white paper;
2. Put the books neatly in the carton;
3. Wrap the toys with white cotton paper respectively;
4. Put the wrapped toys neatly in the carton;
Note:
Books: you can put each type of books in different cartons, and make notes on the carton, convenient to quickly find the books to use abroad.
Toys: when packing electric toys, please remove the batteries of the toys to avoid barking during transportation. When packaging the combined toys, please put each toy component in a separate plastic bag to avoid scattering and confusion.
Iv. Decoration/handicraft packaging standards:
1. Cotton white paper is used to deal with the crafts against scratching;
2. Use bubble film for shockproof treatment;
3. Place the wrapped crafts on the inner wall of the carton vertically;
4. Use white paper to fill the remaining space in the carton;
Note: please use shockproof materials to fill the boxes of crafts. Do not put heavy objects in the boxes to avoid damage caused by extrusion.
Household appliances:
I. TV packaging standards:
1. Remove the TV set from the base;
2. Use cotton white paper for scratch proof packaging;
3. Use bubble film for shockproof treatment;
4. Use cardboard packaging after protection with protective strips;
Note: the cable harness of the TV set should be put into the groove at the back after binding. In order to make the screen safer, a piece of cardboard equal to the size of the screen can be cut out after the protection of pearl cotton and fixed at the screen.
Ii. Refrigerator packaging standards:
1. Dry the refrigerator after power is cut off;
2, cotton white paper with pearl cotton shock prevention treatment;
3. Anti-collision treatment through hard protective bars;
4, use hard cardboard for outer protection;
Note: when handling the refrigerator, the tilt Angle should not exceed 45 degrees. Do not put it upside down or horizontally to avoid damage to the compressor.
Iii. Packaging standards of washing machines:
1. Use cotton white paper for scratch prevention;
2. Shock-proof packaging with pearl cotton;
3. Anti-collision treatment through hard protective bars;
4, use hard cardboard for outer protection;
Note: before packaging the washing machine with drum, use the original screw to lock the drum to avoid damage caused by shaking of the inner drum during handling.
Iv. Audio packaging standards:
1. Separate the acoustics from the wiring harness;
2. Use cotton white paper for scratch proof packaging;
3. Use bubble film for shockproof treatment;
4. Put the audio and wiring harness into the carton and seal the carton;
Note: if the speakers are too large to fit into regular cartons, they will be packed with hard cardboard after being shockproof.
Household items:
Table packaging standards:
1. Cotton white paper primer for anti-paint removal;
2. Evenly wrap the table with pearl cotton;
3. Soft protective strip to prevent bumping around the table;
4. The outer layer is protected by hard cardboard;
Note: if the table has marble or glass countertops, separate the table from the table and pack it separately.
Ii. Packaging standards for dining chairs:
1. Cotton white paper primer for anti-paint removal;
2. Evenly wrap the dining chairs with pearl cotton;

1. Cotton white paper primer for anti-paint removal;
2. Uniform shock-proof packaging of pearl cotton;
3, hard cardboard outer protection;
4. Put up labels after identifying the room where the articles are located;
Note: leather sofa does not need to be knocked down. Wooden sofa needs to be covered with pearl cotton to protect the periphery of the sofa with protective strips. If the sofa is of type with feet, please remove the feet and package them to avoid crushing the outer packing.
Iv. Cabinet packaging standards:
1. Anti-scratch treatment of cotton white paper;
2. Use pearl cotton for shock-proof packaging;
3, hard corner protection for anti-collision treatment;
4, hard cardboard outer protection;
Note: for cabinets with protruding handles, remove the handles before packaging and pack them after packaging. If there is a glass layer in the cabinet, remove the handles and pack them separately to avoid damage caused by vibration.
Vulnerable articles:
I. standards for dishes and dishes
1. Put the plate into the special pearl cotton card slot;
2. Wrap the bowl with white cotton paper and put it into the card slot;
3. Put the card slot into the special carton for combination;
4. Put the special pearl cotton cover and seal the box;

Note: the painting is fragile, which needs to be placed upright and protected by wooden box as soon as possible to avoid extrusion damage.
Iii. Piano packaging standards:

Note: the piano belongs to heavy and fragile articles. Please make wooden cases with pallets as soon as possible after packaging and use forklifts to avoid accidents caused by manual handling.

1. Anti-scratch packaging of cotton paper;
2. Use pearl cotton for shockproof treatment;
3, cut hard cardboard protection perimeter;
4, use hard cardboard as outer protection;
Attention: marble articles should be kept upright in the transit process to avoid damage.
