If you need to file a claim, please let us know immediately. No matter where your final delivery is, you can find the corresponding contact address in "contact us" on our website. Claims must be filed within 30 days. You can obtain the online application link from our company through any channel: telephone, mail or letter.
Claim process:
1. Written application:
Claim to your sales representative the claim form lists the name, quantity and value of the damaged goods together with the information of the picture of the damaged goods, the original copy of the insurance policy and the degree of damage to the goods. The data shall be submitted to Vanpac GroupAsia within 30 days, otherwise it shall be deemed as waiver of claim.
2. Negotiated compensation:
Vanpac GroupAsia will immediately notify the insurance company upon receipt of your claim and provide the materials and information to assist with the claim.
3. Door-to-door fixed loss:
After receiving the materials submitted by Vanpac GroupAsia, the insurance company will contact you and complete the claim with you within 60 days. In the meantime, please keep the damaged goods and determine the loss once again.
This statement is implemented by Vanpac GroupAsia on January 1, 2006 based on the actual operation experience of moving abroad and the claim application procedure in the insurance terms. It does not represent all the positions. In case of special insurance claims, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of insurance company law.
